At Carpet Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring choice, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized rugs and unopened accessories. Please note that custom-cut carpets and modified underlays are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your carpet in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty wrapping to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the bulky item directly from your doorstep at a scheduled time.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
